Bobak's Sausage is a Chicago based company, founded in 1967. We are a USDA meat processor of old world sausages and deli meats in Chicago, nationally and internationally and we have an on-site company store offering all the famous Bobak products and much more.

Bobak Sausage Company is a USDA Meat processor. Founded and located in Chicago, this division is the manufacturing arm of the business. Bobak Sausage is well known for its gourmet Polish style sausage and deli meats and services not only our company store but also many others in the food industry. In Chicago, Bobak's sells its products to customers such as Jewel Food Stores, Dominick's Finer Foods, Certified Grocers, Food 4 Less, Butera Markets etc and additionally a high market share of grocery independents throughout the Chicagoland area. Outside of Chicago, Bobak's sells its sausage and deli meats to independent grocers, delicatessens and food distributors.
Importer & Distributor
Bobak Sausage Company imports and distributes various specialty import food products under the Bobak brand. Imported gourmet food products such as jarred vegetables, jarred fruits, spices/condiments and imported bottled drinks are just a few of this specialty line of imported grocery products. These products are offered at Bobak's retail stores as well as other retail grocers throughout Chicagoland.
Retail
Bobak's operates it's own specialty retail store. The grocery is a showcase for Bobak products featuring a 100+ foot deli / meat counter displaying the famous Bobak brand products, an expansive European Imports section with many products under the Bobak private label and an on-site Polish style Bakery. These signature products are alongside traditional grocery selections. Also offered in our company store is a Hot Foods to go section featuring all sorts of Polish style recipes and of course featuring Bobak's meat products.
Our Catering operation offers hot food meals from an expansive menu that features a wide array of Polish style products. Visit our new Hot Food Island and enjoy it at the In-store Eatery. In addition, various gourmet deli trays, pastry trays and fruit arrangements are also offered.
