By accessing the Site you agree to these Terms and acknowledge receipt of all notices contained herein. Please be advised that “Bobak’s”® is a federally registered trademark belonging exclusively to Bobak Sausage Company and that no other website may use the name “Bobak’s”® or any name sufficiently similar to cause confusion with “Bobak’s”® without an explicit written license from Bobak Sausage Company. The Site and all content within the Site (“the content”) are the property of Bobak Sausage Company and are protected by the applicable United States copyright laws and international treaties.

Bobak Sausage Company sells the products advertised on the Site, directly to the public at its Archer Avenue Store in Chicago and otherwise through wholesale sales to other retailers. Bobak Sausage Company does not warrant that the product descriptions contained on the Site are accurate, current, error-free or complete, and this Site does not create any warranties for the products themselves.

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without giving effect to its conflict of laws provisions or your actual state or country of residence. If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision or portion of the Terms to be unenforceable, the remainder of the Terms will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede and replace all prior or contemporaneous understandings or agreements, written or oral, regarding such subject matter. Any waiver of any provision of the Terms will be effective only if in writing and signed by Bobak Sausage Company.
